Privacy policy

The only thing we collect on this site is what you type into the waitlist form: your first and last name, your email address, your phone number if you choose to give it, your ZIP code, the age range you select for your child, whether you are a parent, a clinician, or something else, how you heard about us if you tell us, and any short note you write.

We also record, automatically, the campaign tags in the web address you arrived on (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) and the site that referred you, if there was one. That tells us which of our efforts actually reached families. It does not identify you beyond the form itself.

We do not ask for a diagnosis, an insurance member ID, a date of birth, or any medical history on this form, and we ask you not to include medical details in the free-text box. This is on purpose. Keeping health information off a public launch page is the safest arrangement for your family, and we would rather gather clinical information properly, later, in a setting built for it.

If you do send us health details anyway, we will handle them carefully and delete what we do not need.

Submissions go into an encrypted database run by our hosting provider. The public website can add an entry to that list. It cannot read the list back. Reading requires a named Kinvara ABA account with a password, and only staff who need it have one.

To tell you when we open in your state, to answer you if you asked us something, and to plan where and how quickly we can staff. That is the whole list.

We do not sell your details. We do not share them with advertisers or data brokers. We do not add you to a newsletter. We will not contact you about anything other than opening unless you write to us first.

Until we open in your state and you have had a chance to decide what you want to do, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. If we have not opened in your state within two years, we will delete the entry and tell you.

Email info@kinvaraaba.com from the address you signed up with and say what you want: a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. We will do it within 30 days and confirm when it is done. You do not need to give a reason.

This site sets no advertising cookies and shows no third-party trackers. If we turn on basic visit analytics, it will be limited to page-level traffic so we can see whether families are finding us, and this page will say so.

This site is written for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Everything on the waitlist form is filled in by a parent, a caregiver, or a clinician.
